Fees
Enrolment fees will depend on the type of tariff applicable for each Course:
- Tariff A: 123 Euros
- Tariff B: 162 Euros
- Tariff C: 210 Euros
- Tariff D: 328 Euros
- Tariff E: 519 Euros
- Tariff F: 72 Euros
Exemption from Enrolment Fee Payment
The following are exempt from payment of these fees:
- Victims of Terrorism, as well as their spouses and offspring (Law 32/1999, dated 8 October, of Solidarity with the Victims of Terrorism – Official State Gazette, BOE, dated 09/10/1999)
- Beneficiaries of special category large-family status (category established according to the Law 40/2003, dated 18 November, for the Protection of Large Families – Official State Gazette (BOE) dated 19-11-2003)
- Crime victims of Gender-related Violence and their offspring (Organic Law 1/2004, dated 28 December, on Comprehensive Measures of Protection against Gender-related Violence, Official State Gazette (BOE), dated 29/12/2004)
- All those students who have been officially acknowledged as having a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% (Law 13/1982, dated 7 April, on the Social Integration of the Disabled, and Law 51/2003, dated 2 December, on Equal Opportunities, Non Discrimination and Universal Accessibility for Persons with Disability). The accreditation of the degree of disability will be brought about through the submission of the relevant certificate, issued by the competent body within the Autonomous Community which officially acknowledges the nature and degree of the disability concerned. In the event that the document of official acknowledgement were to have been issued prior to 26 January, 2000, and may thus be included within the category of acknowledgements of the degree concerned via the situations of invalidity upon which the Social Security has made a ruling, further acknowledgement will not be required.
Reimbursement of Enrolment Fees Payment
The reimbursement of the enrolment fees paid over will be determined by the following criteria:
Once the quota of places available were found to have been covered, the UIMP will return to those who submitted them the documents concerned, together with the reimbursement of 100% of the enrolment fees paid over, as well as to those applicants who may not have satisfied the stipulated requirements, and also to those who withdrew their applications due to force majeure, in those cases which are categorized in University regulations.
Those applications for the cancellation or dropping of the enrolment concerned which are submitted at least 14 calendar days prior to the start of the Course period, will receive a 100% reimbursement of the enrolment fees paid over.
The UIMP reserves the right to admit, or not, those applications for reimbursements, or for the withdrawal of enrolments, which were made less than 14 calendar days before the commencement of the Course period. In these cases, and always provided that the application for reimbursement was justified, it is the date of their submission that will be taken take into account, so that:
If the application is submitted between 13 and 5 calendar days prior to the commencement of the Course period, 60% of the enrolment fee will be reimbursed.
In the case of applications submitted within a period of 4 calendar days prior to the commencement of the Course period, or when it is already underway, no entitlement to reimbursement will be forthcoming.
All applications eligible for reimbursement should be submitted in writing to the UIMP Student Administration Office.
