PRE-ENROLMENT

Normal Period: April 2 to July 13, 2018 (until 2 p.m. Madrid time)

• Resolutions on Admissions: up to July 24, 2018
• Claims Period: 25 and July 26, 2018

Special Period (in those areas of Study in which there are vacant places): August 20 to September 10, 2018 (until 2 p.m. Madrid time)

• Resolutions on Admissions: until September 17, 2018
• Claims Period: 18 and September 19, 2018

ENROLMENT

Stipulated Period: September 3 to 28, 2018

Stipulated Period for Application for Homologation of Credits: until November 15, 2018

Payment of Enrolment Fees:

• First Stipulated Period: September 3 to October 10, 2018. Administrative Fees and 100% or 50% of Academic Fees
• Second Stipulated Period: January 2 to 31, 2019. 50% of Academic Fees

Cancellation of Enrolment:

• Stipulated Period including the right to the reimbursement of Enrolment Fees: up to 14 calendar days prior to the commencement of the Course period. After this time, no reimbursement will be forthcoming. In the event of cancellation of certain Studies, the University will also reimburse the administrative fees already paid over.

Modification of Enrolment (elective subjects): up to January 31, 2019
